Terms, for the private beta.
These terms apply when you use Weekglass, the board your AI assistants fill for you. They're written to be read. If something is unclear, write to us.

What Weekglass is
Weekglass keeps your week, projects and life on one board. The AI assistants you choose (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) read and change it through a connector you add to them. Weekglass doesn't train AI models on your data. Optional features that call an AI model, such as Jarvis in Labs, only run when you turn them on. Settings names the model provider, and some features use your own API key.
The private beta
- Access is by invitation. You need to be at least 16.
- Features change, and things can break. Please tell us when they do.
- We may end the beta. If we do, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can export everything first.
Your content is yours
You own what you put on your board. You allow us to store, sync and show it to you and to the assistants you connect, only to run Weekglass for you. You can export everything (Markdown and JSON) at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.
Assistants and agents act for you
- You decide which assistants connect and what each may read or change. You can pause or disconnect any of them at any time.
- Every change an assistant makes is logged with its name and can be undone. Questions and permission requests wait for you in Needs you.
- Your assistants are services of other companies under their own terms. We aren't responsible for what an assistant does outside Weekglass.
- Calendars sync through secret links you give us. Mail is read by your own assistant under your account; Weekglass doesn't log into your mailbox.
Health data is opt-in
Body (sleep, training, supplements, blood values) is off until you turn it on and give separate consent (Art. 9 GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; we then delete that data.
Fair use
Don't use Weekglass to break the law, harm others, attack or overload the service, or store other people's data without a legal basis. If you do, we may suspend your access. We'll tell you why unless the law forbids it.
Prices and billing
The private beta is free. Before any paid plan starts, we tell you the price, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement. Our billing rules:
- no card needed for a trial
- a reminder 7 days before every renewal
- cancel in one click
- refunds for unused time if you cancel a yearly plan
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Weekglass running but can't promise it's always available during the beta. We're fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we're only liable when we breach an essential duty of the contract, and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for it.
Changes to these terms
We tell you about changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
Law
German law applies. If you're a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
